Grand Rounds and Lectures

Grand Rounds at the Department of Ophthalmology of Weill-Cornell Medicine provide a weekly forum for residents, fellows, and faculty, together with visiting and community ophthalmologists, to examine and discuss interesting and challenging clinical cases and to learn about the latest advances in ophthalmic research and patient care. Together with the Margaret M. Dyson Vision Research Center, the Department of Ophthalmology at Weill-Cornell Medicine is at the forefront of ophthalmic innovation. Living up to its responsibility as a leader in the training and education of ophthalmologists, the weekly Grand Rounds lectures never fail to provide the audience with a memorable learning experience.

We welcome all regional health care providers and scientists. Attendees receive CME credit hours commensurate with the hours spent in the educational activity. GGrand Rounds are held on Thursdays between 5:30-6:30pm. Most of the Grand Rounds sessions for the 2017-18 academic year will be held at 1305 York Avenue, 2nd Floor Conference Room C.
