New York-Presbyterian Hospital's Ophthalmology program is recognized among nation's best and returns to the prestigious list in the annual US News and World Report 2010-2011 rankings.

The New York-Presbyterian Hospital was ranked among the nation's best for eye care in the annual US News and World Report 2010-2011 rankings (http://health.usnews.com/best-hospitals/new-york-presbyterian-hospital-6210024). The combined Ophthalmology Program including the Departments at Weill Cornell Medical College and Columbia University was ranked #18 in the country, and it joins a total of 15 adult and 10 pediatric specialties at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital achieving national recognition. Excellence across the many fields of medicine and surgery ranked the New York-Presbyterian Hospital system #6 in the country overall and placed it on the "Best Hospitals Honor Roll" by the US News and World Report committee.
